What pet owners say

Two leashed dogs wait together outside
  • Our old lab was slowing down and I was dreading the visit. Dr. Danforth sat on the floor with him for most of it and gave us a plan we could actually follow.

    Sample review

  • Our cat hates the car and hates dogs. The side door and the cat room made it the calmest vet visit we have had.

    Sample review

  • Called at 8 because our puppy would not eat. They saw us at 10:30, explained everything, and called the next day to check on her.

Questions pet owners ask

A veterinarian examines a small dog while its owner watches

Are you taking new clients?

Yes. Call (321) 555-0142 to book a first visit, and send your pet's records ahead if you have them. What to expect at a first visit

What if my pet is sick after hours?

Call our main number for the 24-hour hospital. Go there if your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed or may have eaten something poisonous, is straining or unable to pass urine, has heatstroke, or is bleeding and it does not stop within five minutes.

Do you take pet insurance?

We do not bill insurers directly. You pay at the visit, and we fill in the vet's part of your insurer's claim form.

Can I stay with my pet during the exam?

Yes. Owners stay in the room for exams and vaccines. If we need to take your pet to the treatment area, we tell you why first.

When your pet needs us

Call to book. If your pet is sick today, tell us when you call and we will try to fit you in.
